Any guest who develops symptoms of Covid-19 or is asymptomatic but declares the need to self-isolate, must checkout immediately and return home to self-isolate according to current government guidelines. If they are unable to return home due to a quick onset of the illness or transport issues and need to extend their stay they must self-isolate for 14 days being restricted to the apartment only. Linen can be delivered to the door however nothing can be removed from the apartment until departure. The apartment will be sealed off for 72 hours after departure before being deep cleaned. Guests will be expected to pay for their extra stay and also for the 72 hour extended period at the current daily rate. Your arrival and acceptance of keys at one of our apartments confirms that you accept these T&C’s

We have acquired the industry standard mark meaning that our business has followed government and industry Covid-19 guidelines, has a risk assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness between guests.
All staff have undertaken additional Covid-19 training in preparation for the re-opening.

There has been no other guests staying at the property within the last 24 hours.
The property has been aired prior to your arrival.
Particular care has been taken to disinfect Door Handles, Remote Controls, Light Switches and all other touch surfaces.
Our linen is sanitized at high temperatures by our professional laundry company.
