Check out and changeover cleaning
Our Changeover clean is suitable for all properties that have previously had a site visit by us. We may assign a designated cleaner / property assistant to take care of all changeover duties including cleaning and replenishing, Property Checks, Linen, laundry service and check-in / out duties.
Laundry and Contract Linen Service
Our standard Changeover Clean includes provision to change a full set of linen and towels provided by the owner. Owner owned, linen can be laundered by us or left for pick up. We also provide a linen and towel rental service. (Now included in our Full Management Package) The rental service means no need to purchase multiple sets of towels and linens and no replacement costs when they spoil.
Holiday Let Set-up
This service is for newly appointed Holiday Lets only. We clean, rearrange furniture, add some design flair and set-up each room so that it looks its best for your potential guests and starts to resemble a serviced property rather than a buy to let. This is a great way to make your holiday home stand out from the crowd. We will also take HD photographs of the property for marketing campaigns and advertisements.
Every few months or depending on the property usage it is important to carry out a deep clean. This keeps the property looking its best. Deep cleans can be ordered following building works, post-party cleans or simply an annual spring clean.
For long stay bookings or for certain guests you may want to provide the option of a mid-stay clean. We will be happy to assist.
Our normal changeover cleans are conducted upon check-out but what if the property is vacant for a few weeks. Maybe its your second home and you would just like someone to freshen the place up for your return. You can instruct us to visit the property to make sure its as it should be for your return.
Providing a welcome pack tells your guests you care. It doesn’t need to be anything too expensive, just the basics. We have a selection of different packs available or we can use any items you provide. Your Property Manager will ensure that they are placed and waiting for your guests' arrival.
