As a registered owner - either by using our Key Holding Service or our Holiday Rental Booking Manager service we will respond to calls from your guests and correct any issues they have during their stay using our pre agreed maintenance costs with you. If the cost of the works exceed this amount then a member of Holiday Home Glasgow will contact you prior to any arrangements being made.

We can arrange the workmen, Stay while they complete the work plus liaise with you and your staff to make sure the job is done to your full satisfaction.

You may even require speciality services such as sofa cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, locksmiths, hot tub maintenance or pest control. All of this can be arranged.

Landlord Certificates
