This gives your property maximum exposure and ensures that your property is let more often than not. We also provide a booking manager service in which we can advertise your property on our Holiday Home Glasgow website as well as submit your property to all regional travel sites including
Visit Scotland.
Payments We take care of all your initial deposits and all subsequent payments. We pay your portal fees, credit card fees and any extras prior to sending you your monthly remit. At the end of each month you will receive a full breakdown of your bookings and fees plus payment will be made to your nominated bank account.
Your Own Holiday Property Assistant
We will manage / take your bookings, manage your calendar, liaise with guests, issue directions / instructions to guests, co-ordinate with your cleaning / meet and greet staff and issue payments.
Every time you receive a booking you will be informed by email along with details of the full amount to be issued to you and when you should expect to receive it.
