Glasgow's Old Firm
If there is one sporting event which is synonymous with Glasgow, and famous throughout the known universe, it is the football derby between the city's two major clubs, Celtic and Rangers. Known collectively as the 'Old Firm' these two clubs have contested over 400 of football's most bitter and divisive matches in well over a century of intense rivalry.

Glasgow and the River Clyde

Some cities are inextricably linked with the rivers on whose banks they stand and that is definitely the case with Glasgow and the River Clyde.
